After you have registered with OPENLANE with a valid VAT number and email address, you can participate in the auctions. Read everything you need to know about how to pray here . Please note that every prayer is binding. It is not permitted to cancel a placed bid.
There are several possible reasons:
• You're not logged in. Yes, that sounds obvious, but it happens much more often than you think.
• For customers from mainland Europe, our system checks whether the VAT numbers are valid. If it thinks it's invalid, you'll be automatically blocked. Please contact us to resolve this.
• One of the payments is late. According to our Terms and Conditions, customers from Europe must pay within two working days of confirmation. Our system will send a reminder after four working days. After six days your account will be blocked and you can no longer pray. UK customers must pay for their vehicle within one working day of receiving the invoice. We will send a reminder after five days. If you do not pay after this reminder, we may revoke access to the site.
- Customer service has the right to block your account for reasons such as pending final delivery documents, unwanted behavior, canceled cars, unprofessional communication or behavior, etc.
